*.o file for ICC7AVR opening error

*.o file for ICC7AVR

I am using the ICC7AVR plugin in AVRStudio. when i compile my code in ICC7AVR IDE it works just fine.
But when i try to compile it in AVRStudio (using the plugin) it gives an error that

!ERROR can't open file '*****.o'

what is this error and why is it only apearing in AVRStudio IDE?
