What's the maximum value for electric parameters in UMC 130 technology?

Hi,
I'm working with umc 130 technology but I can't find the maximum value for electric parameters: current, voltage, power density.
For example, I need to use a current of 20 mA in a CML inverter with Vdd=1.2 V. Is it too much?
