Can anybody help me to know how can we eliminate offset of latch in cmos comparators instead of eliminating the offsets of pre-amplifiers?

Offset of Latch

You can deliberately create an equal and opposite offset in a later stage(s) to counteract the input offset. Simply adjust one of the transistors sizes. It would be useful to see the circuit in question to answer better.
