Please tell me which one is the best C compiler for Phillips 8051 and other controllers of Phillips.

if you are just starting to use c for 8051 controllers ,

i would like to suggest 'sdcc' c compiler.

your mileage will be fastest after a small initial learning time..

(sdcc is free and open source if you have not come across it).
