Got questions for tsmc 0.18 PDK

1.there are two PMOS devices named PMOS2V and PMOS2V_MAC with the same description'1.8v nominal VT PMOS transistor', do you know the difference between them?

2.there are two bipolar devices named vpnp_mis(vertical PNP with mismatch model) and vpnp(vertical PNP), which one should be used in bandgap design?
 

The _mac & _mis are for mismatch modelling. The mismatch in the MOS devices will normally be more significant than bipolar mismatch in a cmos bandgap unless you use auto zero techniques..
