Can you tell how the decoupling capacitor works?
Is there any document about this?

basically decaps act some thing like Low pass filter.
if supply voltage tries to change abrupty, it tries to
smooth out the abruptness and provide a constant
voltage.

search about it in google.
 

how much this site is useful regarding analog chip
