altium summer09 (ver9.0) have bugs in making binary 4 pcb!!

altium bug

hi

I checked altium summer 09 ,ver9.0 have a big bug in generating binary 4 pcb files from latest pcb version(binary 6)!
Some pads is missing in conversion,how can I solve this problem? is there any way?
 

the version 4 does not have as many layers as altium summer09. maybe you placed them on one of those layers?

no ,I place them at top and bottom layer,

My file have no problem with altium winter 09 but there is bug in altium summer09 for binary 4 conversion,I am sure.
 

Why atium say's Xilinx ISE not soppported. How can I repare it?
