I didn't make an English manual, though. Schematics for this meter was created with older SPlan 6, which still can be found on the Internet (it has printing option included). https://www.virtualworkbench.com/splan.html
About year ago, we created new, improved version of that meter (V2), with increased resolution, precision and ranges.

My version of new meter hardware I uploaded here:

But you'll need newer versions of SPlan and Sprint Layout to see and print the schematics and PCBs of a new meter.
