DETERMINE URSELF WHETHER TO USE DUMMY METAL FILLING AFTER COMPLETING THE COMPLETE LAYOUT. BECAUSE USING THE PRESENCE OF THE METAL INCREASES THE STRESS BUT TO AVOID METAL DENSITY ERRORS WE NEED TO DOTHAT IS IT CORRCET OR NOT.

Of course we will use dummy filling ,it hleps inreducing the variation and improving the matching,you can use some tricks to avoid the induced stress.Consult some layout books.
