small signal model nmos linear region

how to model a transistor working in linear region ?

linear region small-signal model

MOS or FET in linear region - resistor
it resistance R = 1 / (k*W/L* Vov)

Check the vendor they should have a SPICE model of S-Parameter model.

Take the derivative of the large signal TF with respect to VGS, and you get gm for whatever operating region.

Hi,
A more detailed model can be obtained using the equation in this paper. This gracious equation is valid for all regions of operation of a mosfet. The paper is by Tsividis.
