pmos saturation region

I use PMOS and NMOS to replace current source, now I'm amazing whether the MOS operate in the saturation region .
In the file, Yellow line is Vcn and green line is Vb .

mos saturation

Vb > Vcn -Vthn means the bottom NMOS device is in saturation. Similarly, for the PMOS device Vdd - Vp > Vdd - (Vbp -Vthp) means the top device is in saturation.

mos saturation region

ya, the NMOS and PMOS are to be saturation region... then only the current would be constant....

pmos saturation region current

I know that, but in the simulation, the value of the Vb is not a constant value.

In a saturation region? Even in the Vb peak value , Vcn - Vthn > Vb.

ya... i think it is due to the operation of MOSFETs in the subthreshold region at those points which results in a small change in Vb due to the change in current....
