Reading data from Matlab .out file into Agilent's ADS

Guys, I'm using Matlab to calculate the lumped physical parameters of a PI model of a transmission line, and the output is printed in a .out file in the following format:

inductance 1
inductance 2
series resistance
capacitance

I'm using these parameters for simulation in a model of an inductor in Agilent's ADS. How do I make ADS read all these parameters from the Matlab .out file? Thanks
