Hi,

I am a newcomer in LNA design, I am trying to design a LNA for 10.8-12 GHz using NE3511S02 transistor. The transistor is unconditionally stable for design frequencies but is potentially unstable below 10 Ghz. The problem I facing as I add load and source matching networks, my circuit becomes unstable. I am wondering if un-stabilities at lower frequencies r making my circuit unstable or what else could be a problem???

I would be very much thankful if someone who have used NE3511S02 for LNA design may post his/her design as example.

"Potentially Unstable" does NOT mean that your circuit will absolutely oscillate..
It's a kind of warning so that you should take some cautions into account to cut-off this potential instability issues.
Placing a parallel few hundred ohm resistor at input/output or both, applying a negative feedback etc. will improve your stability.
There are many techniques to improve the stability issues.. Read particular literature...
