Do any one have any idea about "How to be up to date with the current technology of RF MEMS"?
Please suggest me if there are any WEBSITES or JOURNALS (other than IEEE)

And also suggest me if there are any good RF MEMS related books

Hey !
I suggest you look into R&D MEMS labs or companies websites. I am taking RF MEMS courses in France and I often look into these websites : Xlim (Limoges city), LAAS (Toulouse city), IEMN (Lille), DelfMEMS (company FR-USA),....Just type the names in google to get into the websites.
Hope it's helpful
