i have problem when i programming pic16f877a

hi everybody:wink:
i have got error message when i program pic16f877a
this message is "ERROR -> writing address 0x000000
writing :0x1683 Read : 0x3FFF "
please can anyone help me?

i don't know what is the problem.:?:
notice: i use winPic800 - v3.60.
thank you.
 

Try with fresh IC. This can happen if the IC is bad

i use new ic but i have got the same problem
if i read the chip before programming it by Winpic800, the program can read ic > and then when i try to program it, WinPic800 can program before ending other error message appear this message is " ERROR -. Writing address 0x002007
written : 0x2F89 Read : 0x2FCF"

I think u getting a verify error.... Wht type of programming u used in??? ICSP???/ if yes just remove all attached modules if any and try again.

This error occurs with bad microcontrollers

wht type of programmer u r used???

hd u tried with another controller????

did u try it as i said??? (Removing the attached hardware??? ) if ur using ICSP, remove the power supply line from the existing hardware

try it out and replay exact results......
