HELP required : Converting HEX code to Bascom code

Anybody please help me to convert a hex file to Bascom file.... I got a hex file from my colleague for Moving message display......... I want to make some changes to the program as i want to increase the columns in the display.... But i dont know have the Bascom file..... Please help me...
 

thnxx mathuranathan..... but i have tried it already... i could not find the download link in there....
 

There is no decompiler that makes bascom file from .hex file.

You have to get the original code from your friend or you have to write it your own
