hi
We have few devices that use PICF16886 microcontorller. Some of them has their microcotroller gone bad. Is it possible to copy the code from working PIC to blank PIC ?

I am not sure if its protection bit is set . even if its set any possibility ? i read online about some possibilities about glitching it.
How old is this pic16f886 ? when was it released ?

If the MCU has its code protection on then you will not be able to copy it. If you have a PicKit (or other programmer) then you can try reading it to see - you will get nothing usable back if it is copy protected. If it is not copy protected then you can copy the code and program up another chip.
If you are looking for illegal hacks, then I'm not going to help you (even if I knew any).
As for your other questions, look at the chips web page on the Microchip site.
