Hey Peeps,

I am looking for some brilliant text on Basic Modulation Techniques which teaches me bare basics right from the stat (AM, FM, etc.)

Lets say I am an absolute newbie at this stuff and need help with finding relevent text to start from

u can refer taub and schelling for modulation.
and also b.p lathi.

Any Basic RF Communication book can solve you problem. I will give you two examples,
Radio Communication Handbook by Mike Dennison and
Complete Wireless Design by Cotter W. Sayra.

You can google from the net too.
