Hi,
Anyone pls. tell me what's the main descranpancy between the kogic process spice mdel and the mixed process spice model?

My foundry provide me the logic process spice model in present. I am not sure if it can be tused to design a high speed analog circuit.

Thanks

It is determined by you precision of your analog circuit.

I think the difference between them is the precision of the model.

actually for analog design u nned some more compnent like MIM capacitors , PIP capacitors , mismatch parameters etc. As for as model file there is no difference for digital and analog.
