I noticed some foundry provide the "Hot run" service. I wonder what "hot run" service here mean?

Thanks

Usually "hot run" or what ever similar the foundry use to call it is an speeded up maskmaking (sometimes on a 24hr turn) and fab processing by billing you an extra for it...
