Hi,
I would like to know if there are any PCB design software that is Open Source (free to use). I am on lookout for such thing for developing commertial applications.

Suggestions please.

regard's
Suresh.

Here is a list of opensource EDA tools from opentech
**broken link removed**

Cadsoft Eagle has a free version but it is limited by the design size instead of time but its very good.

http://www.geda.seul.org/, I haven't tried it but heard that it has got decent features.

As far as I remember, there is a Linux version of CAD package available. Google and find out, if you have Linux based PC. I read somewhere that it is more powerful and have good features.
