Did anyone try to fabrique an helice antenna in HFSS? plz post for me, i would like to take a look in it. TKX

Hi ba'c CuongTran,

This is a simple illustration of Helical antenna design in HFSS. (Maybe some parameter must be computed exactly to archive a good result)

Hi,
Thank you for the example.

but could you please attach any tutorial for this design, since i am not sure about how to provide the boundaries and excitation and the radiation strategy, for a new design of a helical antennae.
my antennae dimensions are 5 turns, 5mm thick copper wire, diameter 20cm, pitch 1cm.

It would be really great if could provide some help
