.

A year ago i got the same problem sending text from Australia. Making long story short, the conclusion is that there are some service providers agreement with each other internationally for texting. For example in Pakistan case, if u send text from Telstra to Ufone it does not receive at the B end even though my service provider says that it is sent. But if u send text from Tesltra to Mobilink, it is successfully received. So its some kind of reason that from which Telco to which telco messaging is being done.

Try to send message to some other service provider mobile and lets see what happens.

MAK

If its service providers agreement issue, your service provider will tell you when you complain.
There are 2 possibilities:
1. Your service provider didn't look into it seriously. They need to trace the SMS to know the reason of failure.
2. The receiver MS has problem, such as full of memory of some settings going wrong.
