How can design a MOS with long length, I know with Width (W) long I can finger it..
but how cand I do with L is so long....

Which technology does this design belongs to? up to my knowledge people keep length as process specific and play around W.

this will act as a W/2L MOS transistor (in sat region).

I think no resolution. As Length you can not reduce?If you reduce Length just reduce width too in your design. But If your designer does not allow this. No solution
