thermal analysis freeware

Anyone know tools thats used for thermal and signal integrity?
A separate software package for testing analysis ?
 

hyperlynx thermal flotherm

u can use BetaSoft for thermal analysis.Betasoft is a seperate tool.It accepts almost all the design formats from other Companies

NO NO,

its not a free software.I don't have knowledge of any thermal software that is freeware.Anyway you can download its demo copy and simulate upto 10 pcb component design.

I know many thermal analysis software, what cad/cam application you are using? I am using a solid works + cosmos floworks, to analysis the device as a assembly. Also flotherm from Flomerics Company is a very good product. I have may other demos but for me cosmos product is enough.

Thanks all...........I will download from mentor.....is there any restrictions on evaluation or demo version of HyperLynx.....
 

AFAIK There are no "free" tools to do this.

Why would anyone write free tools to do such a complicated task?, software like this is always costly.

Your choice is limited to demo's.
 

There is no restictions on evaluation softwar but it allows u do work on examples wht thy have provided to u.
