Anyone has the information on how to calculate Link Budget or RF budget for Wireless Networks like Gsm , CDMA , WiMAX or have some docs about it please upload thanks

You can refer to book
"Ultra Wideband Radio Technology". Book is already uploaded on forum. In this book you can refer to chapter UWB System limits and capacity.
Though the example there is UWB but WiMax, WiFi are not very different when we consider link budget calculation..
