I need to write STA constrain for DDR Memories.
Any inputs welcome.

Hi, if you are still not done by now, you could look for a SNUG paper. Its called
"working with DDRs in Prime Time".

Author name : Andrew cheng and paul zimmer.

came in 2002. not sure of which meet though.
