Hot-channel electron and fowler-nordheim in Cadence sim ?

Cadence simulation

Hi,

I was wondering if cadence analog simulator considers hot-channel electron and fowler-nordheim (tunneling through oxide) effects during simmulation.
 

Cadence simulation

it is not cadence it is the model used.
