What are the specs you're looking forward to meet?
What's the configuration you need to use? (i.e. LC based, or XTAL based, Ring, and so on)

Do you want to build it with discrete components or integrated?
CMOS or Bipolar?

Clarify,

Good Luck :)
Ahmad,

Re: oscillator building

the fequency is about 90 MHZ
LC oscillator
DESCRETE based on BJT
thanks

oscillator building

Collpits or Clapp type of oscillators are convenient..

Re: oscillator building

i have made the colpitt oscillator but the amplitude was very small
i donot know if this because the meausuring equipment is 50 ohms input impedance or itis really small
thanks
