Hello,

I'm trying to build a ICD2 clone ( but without CMS chips, please...) but there are so many to choose from ...

I found :

**broken link removed** ( RS-232 easy to find components,...)

( USB)

Is that USB version really a lot faster than the usb version ????

Which one should I build ????

Kind regards,
Ech

You could go for the RS232 version, which you can do just about anything in terms of debugging and programming.

If you are not happy with the speed, then you can switch to the USB version (try the version with 18F4550).

Cheers,
