Hello everyone;
A question:

Can I use a Wilkinson power divider as a diplexer (frequency combiner)?

Absolutely. But the frequency of each signal have to be within the bandwidth of the Wilkinson power divider/combiner.

Hello VSWR;
Can a Wilkinson power divider be designed for all of VHF/UHF band?

This requires large bandwidth. You can use a Multi-Section Power Divider, but it will probably be large if implemented on microstrip. See

Hello VSWR;
What's your idea about design of a 10:1 wideband frequency combiner?
