can anyone give me a TCAD_GRD_FILE template for Star_RCXT?

can anyone give me a TCAD_GRD_FILE template for Star_RCXT?
i read in my grd file ,but when i generate the mapping file ,i can't see any layer in the grd layer column except substrate,why?
So i need a TCAD_GRD_FILE template to check my grd file

which process?
how you generate your mapping file, normally foundry would provide you with the mapping file and grd file,
if you know the detail process parameter, you can generate the grd file and the mapping file by yourself, it is not very diffcult?

my process is chartered 0.35 4lm。can i generate a grd file by myself?
 

yes, you can do that,
but first you must know the distance between layers, the height of layers and dielectric constant of all dielectric layers, then you write a itu file to generate the grd file,
there is a tool in rcxt's bin directory, maybe nxgrdgen, i dont remeber exactly, using this tool you can generate grd file

thanks .i find a tool in rcxt's bin directory,grdgenxo.i run the command "grdgenxo my.itf", generate lots of files ,but not a single file called *.nxtgrd.why?how to use these files?
 

yes, it is grdgenxo, a lot of process parameter must be included in the itf file
when running, a lot of file will be generated, those file are in a directory whose name is defined in the itf file, those file is of no use for you, they are only internal calculation file.
the run time is very long, at least, it will cost several hours, it depends on your computer, after the calculation be finished, a grd file will be generated in the current directory, the file name is the same with the directory, that is, it is defined in your itf file,
