I have no tutorial in hand. As far as I know, The incremental ATPG just combine several test patterns with different toggle rate in order to get a final test pattern with best toggle rate....You can also think that the incremental ATPG is just the union set of several patterns....Anyone has suggesstions? thx a lot.
