Current source charging a RC is showing 2M volts, why?

Hi everyone,


Below is the circuit that is causing problems.

The current source is 2uA.
The resistor is 5k ohms and the caps are 100pF and 10pF.
Yet, if you look at the annotated node voltage, it shows 2Mega ohms. Why am I getting this?

Edit: I am performing a DC analysis btw. Is this causing the problem?
 

You are pumping charges into caps. The voltage keeps building on the node. You can see the voltage ramp up in tran. Since you are using ideal current source, the voltage across it does not affect its current.
