Hi All,

Fairchild FDV301 has Vth(max) at 1.06V I should be able to use it to reliably convert 1.8V LVCMOS level to 3.3V.
Is that correct?

Thank in advance for all help.

Hi,

Almost any bjt or logic level FET can do logic level translation. But not as single device.
It needs pullup resistors.
And the level is inverted.

I didn't look into the datasheet, but is is very likely that it works.
