Any one kno any PIC uC programmer that can support all of them like 12 , 16, 18, 24 ... serises, i m currently using a JDM and pic-prog, any new idea for complete solution ?

There are quite a lot of topics here regarding programmers, try Willem, ICD2 or Picstart. They do not programm all of them but perhaps a good starting point.

So please use the exellent Search button or try google.

well i saw the Willem and others but i need a complete solution, thx any way,

but the one u mentioned Picstart isnt it the one by Microchip ? is the schematic is available for that ? let me kno if u do hav

As I said it is not so hard to use the Search function, just type Picstart and some more if you like to narrow the search.

The ProPic 2 Gold can prgram almost any PIC out there, plus you can get the schematic from the manufacturer and build it yourself (instead of paying $100+)
