have you find out this?

The Super Secret guys on Kirtland AFB Albuquerque NM are doing research on which Solar cells last longest and why the cells break down. I'm talking about solar cells that generate a usable voltage.

They have a Variety of Solar cells out in the lot, set up on Servo Powered tracking stations.
They use an old Radio Shack TRS-80 as the 'boss' who tells all the Tracking stations to go wherever.
They programmed into the TRS-80, where the sun rises every morning and sets every evening as well as the increments and directions so the Solar Cells are always facing the most likely Solar power. Every day of the year.

There's no Tracking sensors on the Tracking Stations. It's all done by Smoke n' Mirrors inside that little PC.
You'd only have one Tracking station. Move the Mirror every minute.
At each move, the Vertical as well as the Horizontal movement takes place.
Get the Tracking info from NOAH.
