Hey all,
If i define a path as a false path,
does it changes the tool (dc/icc) work?
i mean, does the tool doesn't try to fix these paths? or it just "masking" these violations from the violations reports?
Thnks!

Both are true. ICC will not try to fix false paths + It will also mask these violations from reports.

Regards

false paths would ensure removed any sdc conntraints on them during reports or analysis, tool would still calculate delay for logic elements
