hello all...

i need help, i need your suggertion, please suggest the available transistor for HF PA design at 3 MHz - 30 MHz
characteristic: low power or high power...high gain

application:radio manpack

For a low power application, I believe it would be a microwave transistor.

If it's RF at high power, then is it for a transmitter? It will probably require a TO-3 package and a configuration to deliver a quick slew rate. Or, tubes are still found to be useful in a transmitter output stage.

Transmitter power must comply with regulations because it requires a license if you go over a certain watt rating.

you were given a good choice in your other identical thread

try and avoid doing multiple threads on the same subject.... makes it hard for people to follow
