PLD chip in DIP package for NMOS input signal production

I need to supply clock signal to phase 1 and 2 for mc6800 which are NMOS inputs.

What PLD chip , in DIP package, can I use to which can produce correct signal for NMOS inputs.

the only PLD devices in DIP are GAL or PAL.

How to make GAL or PAL to provide correct voltage output to work with NMOS input.

these devices are quite old. You can't change the I/O voltage but it's CMOS. And you have 3.3V types and 5V types.
