    bfr540 spice dear all, I designed a power amplifier with frequency = 433MHz,and power = 50mW. used a BJT of BFR540, but in the datasheet only the S-perameter working at A-class. How can I get the S-perameter working at C-class? thanks!

    convert citifile to touchstone 1.get the complex impedance of ZL,by the equation of S11 = (ZL - Z0)/(ZL + Z0); 2. calculate the S11 with other Z0 (eg. 100ohm) by the equation of S11 = (ZL - Z0)/(ZL + Z0) too. it's easy to be calculated by matlab's complex operation

    fm modulator with avr the transistor after the antenna is neither a Mixer nor an IF amp, it is a RF amp. the RF not be mixed and be demodulated direct. the 2 opAmps be used to turn the small analog signal to digital signal
