dear all,
I designed a power amplifier with frequency = 433MHz,and power = 50mW.
used a BJT of BFR540, but in the datasheet only the S-perameter working at A-class.
How can I get the S-perameter working at C-class?

how to measure complex impedance
can not measure the impedance use a VNA.
because, the method of the VNA is:output a signal,and then measure the reflectiong of the load

I'll design a FM LNA(fom 76MHz - 108MHz),use 2sc3356
there are only s-parameter of the 2sc3356 form 200Mhz-2Ghz in the datasheet of 2sc3356.
convert citifile to touchstone
1.get the complex impedance of ZL,by the equation of S11 = (ZL - Z0)/(ZL + Z0);
2. calculate the S11 with other Z0 (eg. 100ohm) by the equation of S11 = (ZL - Z0)/(ZL + Z0) too.
it's easy to be calculated by matlab's complex operation
can get the vector voltage of V1,V2, the impedence of netword be measured ZL = v2/(v1/1).
S11 = (ZL-Z0)/(ZL + Z0)
must calibrate befor use. connect in a resistor which is not 50 ohm. can get the length of the Transmission Line between the source and ZL

the transistor after the antenna is neither a Mixer nor an IF amp, it is a RF amp. the RF not be mixed and be demodulated direct.
