Can measure S11 of s-parameter in this way?

can get the vector voltage of V1,V2, the impedence of netword be measured ZL = v2/(v1/1).
S11 = (ZL-Z0)/(ZL + Z0)

must calibrate befor use. connect in a resistor which is not 50 ohm. can get the length of the Transmission Line between the source and ZL

it have something wrong? please gave me some suggestion. thanks
