Hi all,
I have some problems with my WorkView installation...
just after the installation, the temp folder is not accessable...
that means, with my norton Antivirus, I can not receive/send emails...
could any one help me on this?!

spice netlist in ads
I need a spice netlist file for the layout LVS....
however, ADS2002 seems can't export that kind of format...
so could any one help me to generate a netlist file from my @DS schemetic design?!?!

Actuall, in my case, you have to tape-out in TSMC for full wafer or even test-key, then you will have an account. This will be easier contact by your company... :lol:

but...actually...I am trying to model a capacitor for silicon base...
(under CMOS process)...
so I am not sure if this will work or not~~~
(the TFC model seems didn't need me to give it any CMOS parameters...)

However, I am looking for a physical EXTRACTION....
by transfering the S parameters to Y and Z parameters and then set up the equivilent circuits...
who can show me the whole procedure...?!

Can any one teach me, or show me some documents, to learn how to extract on chip capacitor model....and also the Q factor ...
(ex, if I have a measured S parameter form on chip capacitor...how can I use this to extract all the equivilent circuits?!)
