what's the value of your loading capacitor? I think there is chance to get your goal with telescope amplifier structure and gain boosting technique under the 3.3V supply. however, you have to take the robust into your consideration with the 3.3V supply voltage.
Now i am major in mixed-analog ic design at a graduate school. However, I intend to engage in soc design in the furture. And i heared that it is kind of difficult. If i want to,what am i doing now?

you mean a thin metal or the D/S of MOSFET? in general,they can be seemed as plate capacitor +cylindrical capacitor.you can also refer to relative books. that can be found easily.
