ST VIPOWER process
does anybody know st's vipower process ???
now i am going to design a compatible with high-pressure and low pressure process, the voltage is 700V and 8~40v .
so does anybody know this process???
please help me.
thanks a lot
what is overdrive voltage?
if i want to design a circuit ,example a bandgap .how i detemine the overdrive voltage???
if it sensitive to current ,i get the overdrive low ,may be 150mv.
if it sensitice to voltage ,i get the overdrive hight ,may be 300mv.
am i right????
if you know ,please tell...
Dear LvW
thanks for your help
now i converter the circuit in z filed like that.except res
but now i have anothe idea, look at the picture below
In my circuit my input signal is audio frequency,so the RC filter is no attenuation to the input signal ,just a delay ,R3 is small...
swich cap filter
it is a switch cap filter ,I conversion the circuit in z field by allen's book ,but i do not know how deal witch the R1,C1,and R2,C8,C9,R7.
Could anyone can help me?
R1 = R2 = 225K,C1 = C8 = 20P,R7 = 22K
input signal 's frequency is audio
and swtich frequency is 200k.
I think it has two feedback ,0ne is positive and another is negetive ,Q2 and Q4 is negetive ,PT332 Q4 Q0 is positive, when negetive > positive it is stable
