connecting an array of capacitors in parallel will be like reducing the ESR of the capacitors (similar to resistors with ESR in parallel) as a result it helps in better thermal performance
yeah its copyrighted material, but to design a product and pass its compliance we need the standards specification(for surge, EFT,ESD), so obviously we buy them from the IEC stores online,
hi
its just simple that your circuit is loading,
if you want to know how much current it can source connect a variable resistor across the o/p and check the i/p voltage by varying the load, at some point the voltage drops measure the resistace by which you can calculate what is the maximum...
Hello
first thing i would say is it would have been lot helpful if u hvae posted the circuit,
any how as you are saying that when you connect it to mobile for charging, the out put is no longer 5V, but gts reduced, it is a clear indication that your converter is loading, it is not bale to source...
4a smps circuit
hi
you can check in the power int website,
it has multiple options of tiny switch or link switch and others, u have even the option of selecting the topology
one more thing for your info is it helps even in u r desing simultaions of the sch basing on the specifications given...
hi as said ferrite beat is used in the suppression of high frequency noise
but considering the common mode choke it used for the tfiltering of the differential noise of the lines
similarly for the suppression of the common mode noise we use the differetial chokes.
there is one good article in...
hi
i doubt that the 2ounce and 1ounce could support you,
i would better suggest calculate the copper using thetool and one more suggestion is identif the high current paths and better pour the copper instead of routing the traces, it helps better
thanks

hi
its nice u need go wiht the two SMPS..
use a bridge at the input after the filter stage...
as usually u use the bridge for AC i/P, the output will be a rectified AC, similarly in case of the DC i/p the bridge will act like normal...
-->form the output of bridge u design a forward which can...
hi
the esd actually comes int o picture if u r designing the ESD sensitive device.. and the level of ESD is defined the type of device (+- 2kv, 4KV etc)
coming to the isolation...the isolation doesnot actually mention the ESD sensitivity of the IC, most IC are tested for ESD sensitive whihc...
hi there are multiple tools it al depends on the user...
if u have not worked on any tool till now...
i would suggest u can start with P-CAD which very good...
and to name u have Zuken cadstar, Pads,Allegro,Orcad
i think going for a socket is expensive as most designs now go on cost reduction
u make routing in such a way that u have some test points which are accessibleas the routing is in our control, or you can look at the destination point of the signals
bye
