Hi,
I am running MC simulations on a simple single MOSFET common source amplifier. Fig 1 shows my MC analysis setup. I am getting variations in both the AC and Transient simulations (Fig 2). But I am not getting histograms for my outputs. Even after precessing the tab for "Post Processing...
Hi,
I need to plot the difference of a curve with its x axis (which by the way is temperature, my DC sweep variable). Is there a way i can do it in cadence 6 calculator.
Hi,
I am running parametric simulations in Cadence 6. I am running transient simulations while sweeping a bias current in my circuitry. This means I am getting plots of Voltage vs time. I now want to plot the variations in voltage with respect to my sweeping variable, the bias current, to know...
Yes the layout is DRC passed. You are right about the bulk contacts; they are definitely missing in my layout. Adding them solved the issue of LVS. But multiple parameter only gives you one instance (a big MOS sliced into smaller ones, all having drain, source and gate but connected as one unit).
I am new to the idea of common centroid layout. Although I have studied various configurations of common centroid layout of differential pairs but every time I try implementing a configuration I get LVS errors. I have some basic questions to ask about common centroid layout design which I hope...
