    Analog fabrication Testing!

Uh Oh... sorry, I didn't explain exactly! What I meant was how to build the analog circuit (schematic), so that someone can test the fabricated DIE if it works without putting it on a PCB. eg. if you have a Chip with ADC+DAC on it, you could put DAC and ADC in series and measure if in and...

    Analog fabrication Testing!

Hi Folks, does anybody know some basic howtos about fabrication testing of Analog Circuits? (Im not shure if it is called fabrication testing, I mean the testing of the Chip after it is produced, bevor it is packed if there are thousands of DIEs to test!) thanks... ...Rocko

Very accurate cmos bandgap reference circuit

Well maybe this helps a little with the recently posted Problems! Since BG-References have a 1.2V output and we needed 2.7V in our Circuit, we had to amplify the BG-voltage. To trimm this Voltage, we did not trimm the resistors of the Bandgap, but the resistors of the amplifier. So temperature...

    Lifetime accuracy of Bandgap Circuit

Hi there, does anybody know, how to estimate the performance of a bandgap circuit over the lifetime of the circuit out of Hot Carrier test-results or simillar? thanks Rocko

    bad lowB corner in Bandgap

Thanks for your answer, current gain of bips is really low I noticed (2< beta <10), mabe its 'cause of the "pseudo" vertical bipolar transistor used in CMOS? I use core-bandgap layout of IEEE Paper " A low supply voltage high PSRR voltage reference in CMOS process" by Khong-Meng Tham and...

    bad lowB corner in Bandgap

Hello I'm designing a CMOS bandgap circuit and I'm happy to come down to 10mV over most of the Corner simulations (typical is better than 2-3mV). However, the corners where BJTs are set to Low B the bandgap voltage is more than 70mV over typ corner's and is increasing with higher temperature...
