I had several ram problems with pcw compiler, when I contacted CCS support I remember that they resolved my problems upgrading the software and saynig that they had problems and cancelled them in various steps
mplab +proteus +plugin
I use mplab I use also other compilers for pic micros and for my experience I can say that make another software interfacing with mplab through plugin is always very difficult
It is impossible. It is not a problem regarding OS but hardware there are no VGA card that can do it. You need to search special hardware (I think a dvi hub...)
