pic16 usart interrupt corrupt
There are so many excellent application-notes,and software for using the uart on microchip's website.
Why dont you look there.
There is an application called "maestro" which they give you for free,to automatically generate code that works for most pic...
Hi Coolman
You first need to convert all your wav files to 8-bit 11025Khz.
You can use 22050Khz for better quality.
Then open them in your favourite hex editor.
Remove the header, which is approximately everything to 1FF.
Remove the last 1FF bytes as well.
Save each file as .bin

TDA2160 datasheet?
Please help with some diagram or datasheet for TDA2160.
I have a bit of a green screen on an old set,but it is not the TDA.
Need to see what pins are related to green.
Thanks

Unfortunately,I can get no intelligence from my wireless provider regarding their antenna,so I am just going to build a helix as described in the link above, and see how it goes.

Re: 300m RS232 ?
Papyaki is right. You only require 1 extra portpin. You have to use this method.Believe me,I have been there. We run our rs485 at 9600,but you can go faster.
19200 at 1000ft will not be a problem, even if you only use standard telecom wire, with two pairs.

I just went back and...
Re: 300m RS232 ?
Hi Budiman
You have to use rs485.
It is a very simple addition to your design.
Use SN75176 chip to do conversion.
Use 1 chip each side for half-duplex , or 2 chips each side for full-duplex.

Re: antenna design
Hi Sukanya
Pisoiu is quite right.Only with the higher freq. rf-tags,can you get away with a pcb-trace antenna design.
Check this link out.The first coupla pages advertise their product, but the rest goes into great detail on 125khz rfid antenna design.

Sorry makswell, but if you fail to thank people for giving you good advice, then I disagree.
You can take all my points if you like, but I still think it is decent and polite to say Thank You Medap.I have donated 50 points to you.
